This all-in-one paella burner set includes everything you need to start enjoying your own delicious and authentic paella cooked outside. Just wheel out the burner on its stand, attach to a propane tank with a standard regulator and hose, and start cooking. An accessory tray attaches to the tripod and provides a convenient holding ground for ingredients and prep utensils. The set includes: - Garcima G400 model paella burner grill - Painted steel rolling tripod on wheels, with accessory tray - 18-inch (46 cm) carbon steel paella pan with red handles, which serves 6 to 8 people The G400 propane gas paella pan burner has two concentric rings of flame, and two knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 16 inches, and the inner ring is 8 1/2 inches. You can use the inner ring by itself for 16-inch pans and smaller. Total BTU output is 38,800. The burner fits well with the 18 inch pan, and can be used with paella pans as large as 24 inches. The burner offers maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it's needed. The burner fits into the tripod to keep it at a convenient level for cooking, about 30 inches high. The 18" pan, which serves 6 to 8 people, is made of carbon steel, which is authentic, durable, and conducts heat quickly. The handles are made of steel and painted red. The pan is thin but quite rigid and durable, with a hammered dimpled bottom. Carbon steel is the traditional material for paella, and some paella devotees feel that it enhances flavor. Note that the burner connects to a 20 lb. propane tank with a standard regulator and hose, which are not included.
